    By requesting an NRF Charity Box, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. The NRF Charity Box remains the property of Noor Relief Fund
      (registered charity number 1190503) at all times.

    2. I will keep the box in a safe, visible location and will not attempt
      to open, tamper with, or damage the lock or seal.

    3. I will return the box to NRF within four months of receiving it, or
      sooner if it is full, by post, at a collection point, or via an NRF volunteer.

    4. I understand that all returned boxes are opened at NRF’s office in
      the presence of at least two team members, and that a receipt will
      be issued to me confirming the amount collected.

    5. I will inform NRF immediately if the box is lost, stolen, or damaged
      by calling +44 (0) 20 8064 1903 or emailing
      info@nrf.org.uk.

    6. If the box is placed at a business or public premises, I confirm that
      I have the authority to host a collection box at that location.

    7. I understand that all funds collected are allocated to NRF’s
      humanitarian programmes and are subject to NRF’s standard
      transparency and cost policies.

    What Happens After You Submit the Form

    Step 1

    Confirmation

    You will receive an email confirming your request, including your unique box reference number and a copy of these guidelines.

    Step 2

    Dispatch

    Your box will be packed and posted to the delivery address you provided. We aim to dispatch all boxes within 5 working days of receiving your request.

    Step 3

    Delivery

    Step 4

    Start Collecting

    Place your box somewhere visible and start dropping in spare change. That is it. When the box is full, or within four months — contact us to arrange a return and receive your replacement.
    How to Get the Most from Your Charity Box

    BOX GUIDELINES

    Where to Place It
    Choose a spot where you, and others — will see it regularly. For homes, the kitchen counter, hallway table, or living room shelf work well. For businesses, the point of sale, reception desk, or waiting area is ideal. The more visible the box, the more people will contribute.
    How to Use It
    Drop in coins whenever you can, after shopping, at the end of the day, after finding loose change. There is no minimum and no schedule. Every coin counts. Encourage family members, colleagues, customers, and visitors to contribute too.
    Keep It Secure
    The box is sealed with a tamper-proof lock for the protection of your donations. Do not attempt to open, break, or remove the lock. If the box is damaged, lost, or stolen, notify NRF immediately.
    When to Return It
    Return your box within four months of receiving it, or sooner if it is full. Regular returns ensure that your collected donations reach those in need as quickly as possible. When you return your box, we will send you a new one.
    The QR Code
    Your box features a QR code on its side. If someone sees the box and wants to donate but does not have cash, they can scan the code and give online. This means your box works for both cash and digital donors.
